CNBC Rant Escalated

In my last post I had a video of Jon Stewart's brilliant critique of CNBC and Rick Santelli's rant on the floor of the Chicago Stock Exchange.

In the piece Jon Stewart shows many clips of CNBC's analysts giving horrid market advice. One who took personal exception was Jim Cramer, host of CNBC's "Mad Money".

Jim Cramer then went on all of the news shows complaining about unfair treatment from Jon Stewart. Remember, The Daily Show is political satire...hello???

Anyway since Jim took the piece as all about him, well Jon then had no choice but to create a piece that really was about him. Take a look - it is amazing.
Part 1

But it gets even better.

Jim Cramer, either prompted by CNBC to fix this mess, or more likely, to save his own career, decides to go on The Daily Show personally to grovel.
Jon however lets him have it with both barrels. It is a beautiful thing to see.

Here is part 2 - WOW

How sad is it when the only media looking out for the American people is a show on Comedy Central? It just goes to show, the best comedy is done when someone holds a mirror up to the world and shows us what we have been missing - right in front of our noses.

Kudos to Jon Stewart! Let's hope more "real" journalists follow in his footsteps.

The Santelli Rant

If I have not said so before, I absolutely adore Jon Stewart.

In this clip, Jon obliterates Rick Santelli and CNBC arguments that try to lay the blame of the current economic crises solely at the feet of homeowners.

Why can't our elected officials be this articulate?

Global Warming Hoax?

Have you ever argued with conservatives who tell you humans are not causing global climate change? Do you ever get frustrated when they tell you that climate change is a natural occurrence?

Here is a way where we do not have to convince them of anything, while convincing them that we should still do something about it.

Confused? Watch the short humorous video below.
